ArtSonboard offers its clientele courses (individual, family or groups of not more than 5 persons) aimed at learning the different painting techniques. The courses of ArtSonboard are divided into:

• ELEMENTARY COURSES for those who want a first look into the world of art;

• ADVANCED COURSES for those who want to perfect their artistic skills.

The above courses, held by a master and his/her assistant on board, are structured in two main sections:

• THEORY: focused on the main European artistic currents, the relative exponents and the historical-social context in which they have developed: the aim of the theoretical part is to understand the rules of visual grammar, necessary for the subsequent creative activity, choosing as models some of the works of the artists dealt with.
• PRACTICE: initially focused on small exercises in application of the painting technique chosen in the theoretical part and aimed, according to the ArtSonboard teaching methodology, at creating your own artistic production.

The main painting techniques ArtSonboard teaches are:

• Pencil

• Oil on canvas

• Acrylics on canvas

• Watercolours

DURATION:

• DAY (embarking at 10.00 a.m. and disembarking at 18.00 p.m.).
• WEEK-END (embarking Saturday morning and disembarking Sunday evening).
• WEEK / FORTNIGHT(embarking Saturday morning and disembarking Friday evening).

EMBARKING AND DISEMBARKING: ArtSonboard will agree on the place of embarkation and disembarkation with its clientele.

MATERIALS: The materials (brushes, colours, pencils), technical supports (drawing albums, canvas, easels) and any training notes will be made available onboard your yacht directly by our staff.

BOARD AND LODGING: For the weekend and week/fortnight courses, board and lodging of the ArtSonboard staff onboard the yacht or in the villa is at the expense of the customer.
